The customer benefits from the service package during the entire product life. We support and advise our customers in all technical matters. Our support covers the initial installation and extends over the entire project phase. You benefit at all times from our advice regarding the product range as well as installation and maintenance.

Our standard service package includes the performance of maintenance and repair work and the supply of spare parts. We take over the reconditioning of individual components and assemblies as well as the storage and initial stocking of maintenance and spare parts. The planning, conception and realisation of conversion and retrofitting complete our range of services.

After-Sales Service

Our customer service department deals with all customer-specific concerns regarding our products after delivery. You benefit from having the manufacturer as your contact person.

We have broad expertise thanks to our versatility and highly diversified development process. We accept changes on customer request at any time. Our comprehensive documentation with installation and maintenance instructions, test protocols, spare parts lists and fire protection certificates already answer many questions. All further questions will be clarified by telephone support or face-to-face with the customer. By means of product training and project-related spare parts proposals, we support the production process far beyond the market launch. This is one of our core competencies.

Service Packages

Our service package includes maintenance, servicing and repairs as a complete service tailored to the customer's needs and the project.

The service packages can be put together flexibly and are geared to customer requirements. Depending on the scope, fixed costs are calculated and clearly indicated. Our support is available by phone and on your premises. You benefit from reduced expenses.

Spare parts

Our in-house spare parts warehouse allows us to react flexibly and quickly. You receive durable spare parts in original equipment quality.

Our spare parts cover the following systems and assemblies:

  • Toilet cabin systems, superstructure: wall and ceiling elements, maintenance flaps, etc.
  • Toilet cabin systems, interior fittings: mirrors, washstands, handrails etc.

Maintenance & Repairs

Our Maintenance and Repair department takes care of the maintenance of various systems, assemblies and components.

We carry out maintenance and repair work tailored to customer requirements in accordance with the technical documentation. This can be done either at the customer's premises or at ours. Our focus is always on the underlying quality system that helps ensure a long service life, also in the future.
The everyday life of our service experts is characterised by the refurbishment of various components and systems. Their unique expertise results from an in-house development process that brings design and production under one roof. We successfully use regular exchange of experiences internally as a further training tool.
